THIS EULA SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE BABY GENDER CALCULATOR AND SOFTWARE SUPPLIED HEREWITH REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OTHER SOFTWARE IS REFERRED TO OR DESCRIBED HEREIN.

DEFINITIONS

(a) "Baby Gender Calculator" and "Software" refers to Obren Markov's Baby Gender Calculator program, in each case, supplied herewith, and corresponding documentation, associated media, and online or electronic documentation.

(b) "Author" refer to Obren Markov.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

(A) BABY GENDER CALCULATOR PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF LOSS, DISSAPPOINTMENT, WRONG LIFE DECISION OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY LEGAL USE OR MISUSE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

(B) USE OF BABY GENDER CALCULATOR IN PURPOSE TO DETERMINE GENDER OF THE FUTURE CHILD IS ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER, AND PROGRAM AUTHOR TAKES ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RESULTS OF THIS KIND OF USE. BABY GENDER CALCULATOR AND ITS RESULTS CANNOT AND MUST NOT BE USED WITH PURPOSE OF PATERNITY PROVING OR DISPROVING.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer any version of the Software, or any subset of it, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

FOR BABY GENDER CALCULATOR FREE TRIAL VERSION ONLY:

(a) Any Report or other files generated by Baby Gender Calculator Free Trial Version MUST NOT be used for, or in relation with, any commercial or business purpose, whether "for profit" or "not for profit". Any work performed or produced as a result of use of this Software cannot be performed or produced for the benefit of other parties for a fee, compensation or any other reimbursement or remuneration.

(b) The Baby Gender Calculator Free Trial Version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified in ANY WAY.

(c) The Baby Gender Calculator Free Trial Version may not be distributed inside of any other software package without written permission of Author.

FOR BABY GENDER CALCULATOR REGISTERED VERSION ONLY:

(a) You may install and use the Baby Gender Calculator Software on a single computer. A license for the Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers.

(b) The Baby Gender Calculator Registered version allows the registered user to publish its work according to the license agreement, but author of Baby Gender Calculator can't be held liable for the content of the publication.

TERMS

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program, the documentation and copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and of the documentation.

OTHER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

All other rights and restrictions not specifically granted in this license are reserved by Author.

Terrible.

I was not the least bit impressed. Not only was this is very wide range but the dates I was looking for - like the current year - are not even shown. I wouldn't spent my money on it.
